Can anyone offer an educated guess as to when 4K while or maybe the norm in mid range tv's?

The reason i ask is my dilema in considering an oppo95,or the new 105..with 4K upscaling.both players are expensive so i have to take into consideration a degree of future proofing.I'm sure after 5yrs or so i will want to change my tv.

Hi,

I'd imagine in 5 years time you would want to change your BD player also?

Buy the best you can afford now and upgrade when the source material is readily available.

Note: the above is an uneducated guess!
