I've tried to wait until the cartidge arrived, and I could use the RP6 for the first time, but I couldn't wait another second.

Now trying this for the very first time, though the wife is now emerging from the shower, and her fondness for jazz is quite well hidden.  :)

It's not to everyone's taste, and jazz purist probably hate it, but to me, it's right up there.

I'll be seeking out a perfect copy though, as mine has a few too many pops for my liking.

And as I thought, "Water Babies" was off the turntable very soon after my wife returned to the room, where in contrast, she quite liked "Sketches of Spain", especially the opening "Concierto de Aranjuez".
