what a difference !!
was out for a drive today and happened to pass a sign on a small cottage that said leather worker and cobbler , nothing venture nothing gained i thought so in i pop ( with an LP under my arm) ten minutes later out i step from his workshop £5 lighter but with a 5mm leather platter mat; smooth on one side raw on the other.
now home and after first listening to led zepplin The wanton song ( as its heavy on drum rolls) and Miriam Makeba The click song ( as its almost pure vocal) i can honestly say there is a deffinate change, tighter? more focused? clearer? i cant explain, just ...better.
so, a good day for me
You know that sounds like rather a good business idea, buy some more from the guy (with a discount for bulk of course), think up an audiophile sounding name for them, and sell for 5 times as much
What only 5 times?
