Anyone who listens to music via Spotify or iTunes may know what scrobbling is, keeping track of what you're listening to via last.fm etc
So I thought it would be fun to scrobble what I'm listening to on my turntable — it's an odd perverted mix of analog and digital
A Raspberry Pi samples audio every minute for 20 seconds and then looks it up using an online service called Echoprint and Echo Nest, if it's a new track then it tweets the title and artist.
It's still a bit buggy, oddly picking up random music in the run out grooves (!?)
It's only just started working, so there isn't much logged at the moment.
