Vinyl playing from inside to out

I read this today a 45rpm 12 inch that plays from inside out, my thoughts were
It’s not the first of April and it’s from a broadsheet supplement.
Will you need to alter the bias setting?
I hope they’ve come up with something to stop the arm flying off the end and wrecking the stylus.
Has anyone bought a copy?

Pretty sure that's been done before, they'll just loop the runout track on the outer edge, same as they do in the middle.

I know they'll loop the runout but on the inside of an LP there's nowhere to go so you're unlikely to damage the stylus. Scratch the loop once and disasters could be on the cards forever more. Sad
