Pro-Ject Genie 3

I have just purchased a Por-Ject Genie 3 off the internet. I now need to find a suitable amplifier £300-£400 and a pair of decent speakers £300-£400. Has anyone got any ideas? I do like the B&W 385's what amp will go great with these speakers and my Genie 3?

Does the Genie have a Phono stage with it? otherwise you will need an external one or an amp with an inbuilt one which probably limits the choice but i have no idea as to what. Someone will though.
