Frampton Comes Alive - Peter Frampton

Already ordered one mint copy of this album on ebay for £4,99!

Not wishing to put a downer on your purchase (which is a very good album BTW) but I too have ordered "mint" copies off Ebay in the past, but my idea of mint differed quite considerably from the seller.

Mint should be according to Ebays own definition..

" MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Fingers crossed.

.

Yes i know!

but this last mounth or so i've bought 30 some thing vinyl albums from ebay, not one lost in the mail ( it will happen some day...)

i've receaved albums that were discribed as mint and they are Exelent or VG+

and i've receaved albums descrived as Exelent or VG+ and they are in MINT conditions.

There are is no consensus in this thing... Wink

RE: Live Vinyl Albums

That's good to hear.

My Ebay experiences with regards vinyl have generally been very good too, as I say just the odd one or two where the seller has been a little bit economical with the truth where the condition was concerned.

Having said that, I've bought brand new LPs before now (eg. Dust Bowl - Joe Bonamassa) where the surface noise was intolerable and subsequently returned for replacement.

There's a lot to be said for CDs Laughing

A superb performance.

A superb recording.

Yesterday, I listened to Flaming Lips "Yoshimi battles the pink robots" - there's applause on it, so if this is live, then must be up there with the best?
