Has Onkyo A-SV420 a good phono pre amp?

Hello i am a new member here Smile My mother purchased the Onkyo A-SV420 aplifier i think in 1998 . I wanted to know if it is a good machine and if it has a good phono - pre amp .. Thanks a lot
