Well there you go then , just enjoy your new toy. Just one point , although it could be my eyes , but your tone arm looks somewhat high at the back end.
i think its a case of an optical illusion. the arm is quite straight.
Absolutely loving the sound of the turntable. I'm very surprised at how good it is. I've ordered some red vinyl wrap to re-cover the plinth and bring it up to date a little. I'll post pics once I've done it.
Glad you are enjoying it. Please don't spoil a lovely used item by "updating" it though. If you want red you buy a Rega or Project!
Krell CD and amp, Michell/Rega/Grado record player, Hitachi and Sony tuners, Nakamichi cassette, SBT streamer, Sonus faber spkrs. Sony and Samsung BDP & TVs. Qobuz > iPad > AudioPro Allroom Air One

"Inspired" Manticore Mantra TT, Technics SL-7 TT, Graham Slee Reflex M phono preamp. Cyrus CD8SE. iMac, Raspberry Pi c/w HiFiBerry Digi c/w Volumio or Rune Audio, Arcam rDAC. Roksan Kandy LIII amp, Spendor A5 speakers.
i understand the feeling about keeping it original, but it's not a "mint in the box" piece. it is showing its age. the cover is scratched and a bit of a mess. the surface of the plinth has a few dings on it, I would keep it original if it had been mint.

True - but I've not heard any amp (any price) with a dedicated phono stage that's less than adequate. You'll need to spend shed loads to improve on what's already there.

Looks the dogs...
So knocked out by how good this little deck is.
It has no right to sound this good.
Its a genuine 100 quid bargain.
Looking forward to pimping it up this weekend.
