ariston is it worth upgrading

Hi All
I Have an ariston RD80SL turntable is it worth spending money on the following upgrades.
New cartridge AT440MLa £125.00
New springs and drive belt + labour to setup by Linn LP12 dealer. £145.00
Either upgrade power supply circuit board to Valhalla £100.00
or Motor and off board power supply from Origin £300.00
Would any of the above be worth it or should i spend the money on a new deck and if so what deck.

At least you will be still able to hear your stereo, although putting LPs on may be a bit dicey, you'll need to get an autochanger.
