I had pre-ordered Gravity blu ray from Amazon. Amazon dispatched it on time and it should've reached me a week last Friday. So I emailed them last Monday. They asked me to wait until Wednesday for the delivery.
I then emailed them on Wednesday. They apologised for the inconvenience and extended my Prime membership by 1 month. They then posted another copy by Royal Mail special delivery. This should've reached me on Thursday. Since then, everyday, Royal Mail website shows "out for delivery" but no delivery! Amazon extended my Prime membership by another month on Friday while they make enquiries.
I spoke to my local post office today, and they think the parcel has been lost in the system. They've taken my number and will call me back tomorrow. Meanwhile, my wait continues..... :?
Anybody else having similar experiences? It's never happened to me before.
