The worst film I've seen recently is Vantage Point, which i thought was pacey but pointless. It's perhaps not all bad tho, I know plenty of people who enjoy programs like 24 and will probably get a similar buzz out of Vantage Point's tendency to prioritise a twisty plot over everything else.

Everyone ought to watch "Plan 9 from Outer space" and then think again... Wink

I remember this being shown in a series of bad films with Jonathan Ross presenting it... It truly is awful.

This is one of the world's worst films, but because of this has become a cult classic. Directed by Edward D. Wood (a film has been made about his life 'Ed Wood' starring Johnny Depp) the acting, plot, sfx and music in his films are so bad they verge on hilarious comedy. Another to look out for by Wood, 'Bride of the Monster'.

Don't know if it was much better before, but the average level of new releases nowadays is so low that about 40% of what comes out must be someone's worst movie ever.

Cheers,
Bernard

Lost in Translation - WHY did this do so well? It's beyond dull.

Napoleon Dynamite - has a cult following yet is as funny as a tax demand.

An acquired taste, I loved it. Worst film ever seen a bit of exaggeration though?
