Fringe season 4 last episode, roll on season 5.

Oh awesome, last time I checked it looked like there wasn't going to be a 5th season.  13 episodes is better than none Smile

You're not wrong.

I've got the extended versions box set, but haven't got around to watching them yet.

Don't know if anyone else apart from Lost Angeles has been watching The Bridge on BBC4, but it's the final double-bill tonight. Blinding bit of drama. It's on iPlayer series catch-up if you missed it.

As always I didn't know it was on until too late, so I think I'll have to get the DVD. Looking forward to it.

And what an excellent finale it was, too.

But, I still don't get the significance of the heart-swap widow's wig?

Why did almost every charecter wear the same clothes every day?

And good news: in a recent interview at Guardian.co.uk, Sofia Helin (Saga) reveals that series two starts shooting in October - clickety  excellent!

Perhaps they can’t afford costumes as they are all skint from building that bridge.
I shall look forward to watching a new series as this was very enjoyable.

For someone who was not a fanatic of subtitles I’ve watched  10 parts of The Killing II, Those That Kill, The Bridge and all 3 Dragon Tattoo films and enjoyed them all.

I can now differentiate between Swedish and Danish but I couldn’t tell you which one is which.

With Homeland, Fringe and The Bridge finishing and the last part of Birdsong tonight I shall now have nothing to watch so I will retire to the conservatory for the summer and finish reading The Leopard by Jo Nesbo  (another Scandinavian) followed by Omaha Beach and anything else I fancy plus the odd tune here and there.

Or in Saga's case, perhaps she spends all her dough keeping her rather lovely vintage 911 so clean and shiny 24/7 - despite all the snow, slush and rain?

RE: What are you watching?

Yesterday afternoon we went to watch Singin' In The Rain the musical at the Palace Theatre, absolutely brilliant woohoo!

One word of advice to anyone contemplating going, DO NOT sit near the front in the stalls unless you take your kagoul, cos you will definitely get wet. We were OK in the dress circle.

Well worth seeing. Top Hat next?

My Life As A Dog [1985] [DVD]

Brilliant film, laugh out loud funny, and pretend you've got something in your eye sad.

More like this please.
