Joan Jett - I Love Rock n Roll

This is one of those songs that needs a subwoofer to sound good. That kick drum has some really nice deep bass that you can feel as well as hear.
American traditional prog rock band Phideaux, the album is called Chupacabras and has a superb long song of the same name.

Dusty Springfield - Take Another Little Piece of My Heart

Another golden oldie from Dusty.

Jesca Hoop - The Complete Kismet Acoustic.
I went to see her at the Borderline a few months ago and she was great.
Then, signed up to support the release of this new acoustic version of the 2010 album, via a site called Pledge Music (supports artists to raise money as they develop their album/tour etc)
Yesterday I got my own signed copy with a little signed note inside to say thanks from Jesca herself.
Most importantly, the album is really excellent and superb sound quality - played it three times in a row.
Looks like amazon haven't even got their copies yet, but worth buying when you can. preview tracks can be heard...

Aja by Steely Dan - musical perfection from beginning to end and still sounds as fresh as it did on release (1977 - man alive that makes me feel old!!!).
On Vinyl, it doesn't get any better than this

2 x CD plus DVD.
Metallica - Enter Sandman (Live in Moscow in 1991)
