Stone Roses Live-Has someone just killed a cat on stage?
After hearing about how bad this was, I thought I'd check it out on You Tube, and all I can say is OH! MY! GOD!
Not absolutely dreadful at first, but wait for the chorus
Still the best band ever though eh!

Not for me.
I saw them at Spike Island, and though everyone remembers it as a seminal event, I remember the smallest beer tent in history, disgusting food, poor support acts and a rubbish sound, which made it near impossible to hear the band.
The only people who had a good time were all off their faces, and would have enjoyed themselves just as much dancing to a car alarm.
Best part of the day, the journey home and the free food at a service station cafe
Good band on vinyl, hopeless live

Well you say that, but I went to see the "Made Of Stone" film last week, and they actually sounded really good live!
Film is pretty good too. I went on the premier night, so there were interviews with Shane Meadows et al. Very interesting to hear them talking about it. Only problem was Edith Bowman really.

Yeah, It was bad. I was at Reading, that year. He didn't get any better as the gig went on.
