May 18th - explained situation, would get back to me. They didnt. Bought new present.
May 21st - phoned up and complained, telesales girl useless (not her fault but kept telling me it had been dispatched and she was really sorry). Explained it was suppose to be a present asked to speak to a member of the management, not good enough etc .... to be told they were all in a meeting. Someone would call me back.
May 23rd - manager called me, said it should be with me by tomorrow, very apologetic etc. Explained not good enough, 1st time I had used them plus one dissappointed birthday boy etc ... Was offered and excepted a £5 refund. Blu Ray for the triple pack was £12.95 so only paid £7.95 for Ice Age triology.
Blu Ray delivered 24th.
Will never use them again now, however did get a bargain thanks to a tip off on this site at an already hot deal price, probably should have pushed for more but couldnt be bothered.
To be fair to Zavvi, there was an issue of moving warehouses, & they did compensate you for the delay.
This is why I use Amazon. Why reward companies with bad service?
