Well, about 150 miles away actually.

I bought some Tannoy F1 Customs from these guys on ebay for only £85 which is a great price. After a week they hadn't arrived so I sent them a shirty e-mail.

Turns out they'd shipped them next day but Sh Citylink had been to next door . Then by the time I found Weymouths e mails in my box (my fault not theirs) the speakers had been lost in the depot. Spoke to this morning and they got on it straight away.

They called this arvo to say they'd shipped another pair to avoid any delay even though it obviously wasn't their fault Smile

Just got another call to say the originals had been found and they'd be here tomorrow by 10 am.

Top service from Mark at Weymouth and i will be buying from them again.

Cheers guys

Re: Weymouth HiFi

Just had SH Citylink on to tell me the speakers were lost. I told them they were delivering them tomorrow at 10 which was met with silent amazement and then insistence that they were lost.

They're gonna call back. Wow......the levels of incompetance are amazing.

Re: Weymouth HiFi

The speakers arrived at 9 this morning Big Smile

opened them to find a 1 cm dink in the top of one Sad

Spoke to Mark and sent some pics. He agreed and offered a number of options. Swap one or the pair or as it'd cost them money a £20 refund. Wow ! £20 off a speaker that was already cheap at £85.

To be honest I felt it was too much for such a minor problem so I  told him to make it a tenner and the deals done. Great service and the speakers sound good on my little Denon M31 already on first play.

Despite the probs it's been a positive experience and I'd recommend them to anyone.
