Superfi Repair Service

WOW!
For no good reason the volume control on my Head Box started to scrape up to the 12 o'clock position, so I emailed Superfi for repair under the warranty and it was collected within 48-hours.
The courier collected it at 3-15pm yesterday, delivered to Superfi, repaired, and sent back this morning so should receive it tomorrow. Brilliant!

they have prob just pulled the knob away from the casing slightly! the volume knob on the headbox if pushed on to hard used to scrape the casing making it feel a little restricted a gentle pull away from casing and hey presto all fine

Well checked the obvious *duh*!, and that wasn't the problem. Just amazed it was sorted so quick!
From collection to return 48-hours? Beat that!

I have bought a few things from Superfi, but never needed a repair. Good to hear that they look after their customers so well.
