sony ,panasonic and seven oaks aberdeen

I have been to the shops today and found That the staff at Sony are unwilling set up televisions so you can compare them.I asked if they could set up there PS3 so i could see the kdl40w3000 in action with a Blu-Ray disc.I was told they couldn't alter the set up they had displaying.Also they didnt have a clue about there products.
Panasonic shop was even worse they didn't know what 24fps was didn't know what 100hz did.When i asked about a deal for cash on a TH42PZ70B i was told whatever is on the price tag is what we sell it for.!!
On the hand i went to seven oaks and they are exstreamly helpful answering all my questions and setting up a tv in a viewing room.Highly recommend going there.
