Just thought i post about the fantastic customer service i've received from Sevenoaks Norwich.

I purchased a Yamaha RX-V667 from there online site at the end of Nov 10 and was very happy with it, all work as should. Then i upgraded my tv and speakers to a Sony EX503 and Monitor Audio Radius HD's as in my bio. I had a feeling that i wasn't going to get the best out of the speakers unless i upgraded my amp, but obviously had just purchased the Yamaha. By the time i had decided this it was past the normal 28 day return period so i held little hope of exchanging it for the better model. I rang Sevenoaks to just try my luck and due to there quality customer service they agreed to have my amp back for what i paid for it and sell me the upgrade for the difference!! So now i'm the proud owner of a Yamaha RX-V1067 which can do my speakers justice.
