This is not an advert (so I hope the mods allow it on the forum) it's a letter of praise. I recently purchased some home cinema equipment from Sevenoaks HiFi in Bristol. This consisted of a Denon 2500BT and a B&W 685 Theatre System, Atacama speaker stands and Chord cables.  The level of customer care was excellent and their knowledge and assistance in aiding me with my purchases were superb.  I strongly recommend that if any one in the Bristol or Southwest area is considering buying a HiFi or Home Cinema system they should pay Sevenoaks a visit and have a chat to Andy about their requirements.  I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Have to agree with you jazzead. Bought my DM37 there last November, went back and got the BR1 speakers in Jan. Very helpful, no pressure. I have sometimes found the sales guys across the road in RS a little 'forceful' at times.

The Sevenoaks in Oxford can also be recommended. I have just bought a Pioneer 5090 to take advantage of the special offer price and they are storing it for me until my lounge rebuild is done and dating the guarantee from when I pick it up.

Sevenoaks have always been my favourite supplier too.  I spent a lot of money in the Cardiff branch before it sadly closed.  In my opinion, the experience of purchasing your kit from Sevenoaks is like buying a car from a main dealer.  RicherSounds on the other hand is more like buying from a car supermarket (complete with dodgy used car salesman behind the desk).

Re: Sevenoaks HiFi

I'm with you gentlemen,

I upgraded my system with, amongst other things, a Denon AVR-3808 at Christmas.  The guys at Sevenoaks in Kingston were brilliant and they put together a deal that I was very satisfied with.  I definitely intend to call on them again for all future purcahses!
