Sevenoaks Glasgow

Just bought a pair of RS6's from Sevenoaks in Glasgow and the guys in the store were great. Friendly, really helpful, and not at all pushy.

I hadn't organised a demo beforehand but it was absolutely no trouble to them. They cheerlily and speedily set up the speakers and similar electronics to those I currently use, and left my girlfriend and I in peace to listen to a few CD's.

The Sevenoaks chain had a sale on, so I kind of expected there would be exclusions of some sort (such as only discounting stock items) as is normal in sale periods. But no, they ordered me a brand new pair of speakers in the finish of my choice at a full 25% off usual store price. RS6's for £449, bargain !

They also were happy, in fact eager, to offer assistance and advice about the plinths, running in, the various finishes available, etc. They also gave us a hand to the car with the speakers, despite us having parked a fair way away.

So top marks to them, from start to finish. I'm a retailer, and take great pride from the service my staff and I give. It was very nice to receive equally good attention from another retailer.
