Well yes, given that most sites suggest you use those characters to strengthen your password security! Weird...

Hmv never have seemed to have got the hang of the internet thing, remember the webite was originally hmv.co.uk (think that was right from memory) then at the end it did not appear to work right - at least not for me when buying things. They then changed it too hmv.com, this one has been working fine but still..
