Richer Sounds Manchester - great service
Hello everyone. I have noticed good and bad said about Richer Sounds on the forums over the years, but they've always been great when I have dealt with them.
A couple of days ago my Denon amp started playing up (no sound, auto setup settings lost, no auto setup showing in the menus) so I took it back to RS on Deansgate. I also took the opportunity to take back my Sony S370 Blu-Ray after the high pitched whine got too annoying for me (the second one I have taken back, although that wasn't for noise issues!). They didn't have any S370's in so I was given the S470 instead. Very pleased indeed, and the 5 year Supercare warranty I took out started afresh from Friday 22nd. My amp is being set away for repair. They were helpful and it was great to deal with them. I have bought a lot of equipment from RS and shall continue to do so. Thanks RS.
Anyway, have a good long weekend everyone!

See...........I like stories like this.
I have dealt with RS for many years and shopped in Bournemouth, Southampton, Bristol, Reading and Maidstone and they have always been top class.
They provide a niche service in many ways, and "do what it says on the tin", selling reasonable to decent products at reasonable to decent prices, and enablng a lot more people to get into music/movies at sensible money.
More strength to their arm.
