just been to Richer sounds in Belfast and i have to say the service was brilliant,got a Boston speaker system and speaker cable to match.It was delivered next day and 2 hours later i got a call from Ciaran in Richer to see if i needed any help setting it up,Thats class.

Agreed. I was in there just after Christmas buying a TV for my aunt. It was a Sony 32" LCD that was on offer. There wasn't anything particularly complicated about my transaction, as I knew exactly what I wanted, but it was all done with a minimum of fuss and the service was friendly, which you don't get in many places these days it seems. They were even going to help me carry it to my car because the pavements were very icy.

Never had an issue with RS, and it recent times have used them a lot in Reading and Maidstone, both excellent stores with excellent service

RS in Belfast (and previously the Dublin shop, RIP) is, if memory serves, a franchise - so you're dealing with the owners rather than the 'usual' RS organisation.  That said, I've always been impressed with RS in Britain too.
