Richer but not spoilt

Just had to share this story of exceptional service with you!
A blind friend of mine from Sidcup who's NAD amp and CDP decided to pack up on the same day, Friday, called Richer sounds up in London Bridge, as he new their number in his head. They kindly put him through to his local store in Bromley.
He explained the problem and enquired what they had available with a budget of 1K and they suggested an Onkio and Marantz CDP... not sure what models... he went on to explain his circumstances and baring in mind it had started snowing pretty heavily that morning... well his initial call was made at 10.30, by 12.30 the Bromley store
had the good delivered to his door by cab, at no extra cost either!
Isn't that impressive?
