hi - has anyone had any problems with the company PRC Direct who regular advertize in What HI-FI? - i am not sure if its a one off or regular occurence but i ordered a dvd player, it did not get delivered so i cancelled the order on 24th November but my credit card says they have not refunded my money to my credit card account, anyone had similar problems with this company?
