seems to be really mixed reviews online about this business - thoughts?

There's numerous postings on another forum about this company - the main one being that any problems with items like projectors, the customer has to send them back to France at their own expense.

They worked out ok for me a couple of years ago. I bought a new 32" Toshiba LCD for my dad, it arrived very fast, no problems at all really, except for my bank. As the company is French by bank put a block on me using my debit card for the purchase of the TV. I had to use my credit card to make the purchase. every thing else about them was fine.

I've always found them fine apart from the EU plugs instead of UK - it is a European company after all.
