Just to let everyone know I've been very impressed with the service I've received from Peter Tyson, who I've purchased some equipment from recently. Very pleasant staff to speak to and excellent communication. I'll certainly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
I've only used them once but everything went really smooth. Good communication from them at all stages 
Yeah they're pretty good; they offer buy now pay later also which is always handy!
I've used them once - the item I ordered was out of stock. they phoned within an hour to apologies, and told me it would be an extra day in delivery, but would give me a refund if I wanted. perfectly polite and an all-round good operation.
I've only used them once but had a great service. Emails when they receive your order and when they despatch. Also despatched when they say they will on order confirmation email.

I didn't buy from them but I visited their store in Carlisle. Nice people willing to give honest advice without pressure to buy! Also some nice kit in store like B&O 
I bought some speakers stands from them via Amazon and they were very helpful. Phoned me on several occasions as they tried to sort out a little issue I had trying to get my speakers to fit (and not their fault). Can't fault them. Very polite and all for stands that were only a few pounds. Will use them again when the opportunity arrives. Why can't others be like them?
Ordered a shelf for my Atacama Equinox stand yesterday morning. Arrived this morning before 9am. Can't ask for a slicker service really. Recommended.
I would reinforce the good comments about Peter Tyson, had a few things from them over the years, the only problem was with a Yamaha AV receiver which must have been damaged in the factory, the outer box showed no sign of damage, the rear panel had been damaged. I rang Tyson's, they immediately despatched another one and the courier exchanged it for the damaged product.

Bought about half a dozen products from them and been very happy on each occassion.
A great example of how to run a bricks n mortar/online store.
have used them loads of times - must have bought prob nearly 20 things from them from speakers (5 different sets of ma right up to my current platinum) to amps to furniture ect - excellent service can't fault them - they even ordered me my racks/cabinets even though they didn't stock the one i wanted but did have some of the other range
everything always turned up on time
