OXX Digital Radios - Superb Service

My wife recently purchased an OXX Tube from the OXX UK website, direct. Owing to a misunderstanding on the website my wife realised that she had purchased the wrong product and got in touch with OXX Uk.
They were magnificent. They assumed full responsibility for the situation and immediately offered a refund or to upgrade the product, FRE OF CHARGE, to their Classic model. My wife chose the latter.
OXX retained complete control of the situation and despite problematic couriers stayed with us the whole time until the swap-out.
Their products are very good but their customer service is exemplary and other retailers should try to do as well as them. We have NEVER known better, not even close.

Nice to hear you've had a good experience.
I wasn't aware of this company before. The Tube is an internet radio and streaming client for £100? Is it as good as the specification suggests it could be?
