Music Matters Leamington
Visited them last weeekend to try out the Sonos S5 and compared it with some of the other stuff in the shop. Very helpful staff, excellent service. Equally impressed by the quality of the service and the product, I went back again day before yesterday to buy it. Enjoying it.
I was at music matters at Leamington last weekend, and experienced the same. Great guys, very friendly and very helpful.
Very happy with service and advice from their Stafford branch also
i went to the lemington shop months ago and even though i said just having a browse the guy gave me a 30min demo on the b&w 685's and some missons and gave me around an hour of his time talking and helping. Spot on.
I use sounds expensive rugby as they are also top notch.
i payed £85 more not buying online which i guess on £1400 worth of kit is not alot to pay for around 15hours worth of demos. I really think these shops need are help to stay in business.
I had a great experience with the Solihull branch of Music Matters too - spent an absolute age trying to find a great partner for my new Peachtree Audio Nova, flipping back and forth between speakers; evetually settling for the B&W 685s.
Helpful, friendly, patient, never once did I feel "sold to" - and when I came to collect the order Patrick even lugged the kit to my car for me :^)
This group surely has my support! (Sonos gear next... maybe?)

Fantastic product too - and I see from whf news a couple of weeks back that there's now UK distribution of it - Sevenoaks and Audio-T. Would have saved me a few bob in duties! Plays brilliantly with the Sonos ZP90. For the first time with my digital media experience, Everthing Just Works.

If you're ever unlucky enough to find yourself in Atlanta there's quite a few Streets/Avenues with the name Peachtree in, never did bother to find out why.

I have had very good experiences with music matters in edgbaston, where I got some speakers and my new cyrus 8se. Also, before it closed, Patrick in the stourbridge branch was a star and got alot of stuff from him.
