Britains Best retailer?
I recently bought a Pioneer 428XD Plasma.
It turned out to have a pixel fault, a bright red pixel showing on any white, light coloured or green background.
Pioneer refused to replace the screen saying it wasn't faulty in their eyes.
Moorgate Accoustics after waiting on Pioneer to assist, offered to change it off their own back and at their own cost when Pioneer failed to help.
What service!!

My experience has been similar! Before I moved the Sheffield I purchased some stuff from then on-line but before I did this I must confess to sending them lunatic amounts of emails and they bothered to reply to every one. I sent these emails to 6 retailers and MA were the only one that bothered replying. I spoke to a bloke called Adrian three times on the phone and he was so helpful I purchased some stuff on line. When my job took me to Sheffield I made myself a nuisance of myself there and ended up with some fantastic kit after weeks of demoing. IMO they deserve what you say about them!
As a Southerner I was getting pretty fed up with shops not prepared to go the "xtra mile" for me and Moorgate did!
The only negative comment is that they need some new CD's in their demo room; old hippies to a man!
