Lack of customer service from Roksan
I would like other hi-fi enthusiasts to be aware of the disdain Roksan has for its customers. My local retailer sent them an amplifier component for repair. They returned it saying they had sorted the problem. There was no improvement so the whole amplifier had to be sent to Roksan. Unfortunately after it left Dornoch there has subsequently been no trace of the machine. Roksan are demanding payment for the repair they carried out saying that they had mended the fault, contrary to my retailer's diagnosis that the repair was inadequate. Albeit, that by requiring the machine to be returned to them ,they acknowledge that their work had not remedied the fault. Roksan remain totally inflexible even to the point of refusing a suggestion that a small discount on a new equipment in return for clearing the bill would foster customer goodwill. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from that brand in future.
