They give great advice and are not pushy. They have been responsible for a number of my home tests, Naim Nait 5i, Arcam A70, Rotel and a couple of tuners. Oh, I've purchased a few bits from them as well, most notably my CD player.

Derek once try to sell me MonoPulse speakers about 3 years ago. He said: " Come and listen to these." He had them rigged to the Naim system. " They'll sound impressive with your Arcam," he advised. I replied, " I think my daughter will have a field day with that funny cloth." It was all light hearted, although the speakers did sound rather good.

Cracking people.

Yup, great place, know them well as they're just down the road from our office and have been kind enough to loan us test kit from time to time.

The owner used to work for Rega, hence his main brand is Rega.

Derek is the turntable expert there - he supplied and fitted my cartridge - and called the henley rep in to replace a faulty arm on my Project TT.

The owner is also the Chairman of the British Audio-Visual Dealers Association - I think the quality of the shop is called 'leading by example'...
