Has ayone had a problems with new orders with Hifibitz? I've ordered a turntable and phono pre-amp, no confirmation email, not answering phone. I'm getting twitchy!

Ordered a remote on June 3rd, no email confirmation of order, order tracking on website just says 'status not set', no answer on phone, no reply to email (3 sent ).Have checked website today and it does not work...
Checked credit card a few days ago and the money had not been taken, but who knows...
Does anyone have any further information regarding the current trading status of Hifibitz?
We haven't heard anything from them; will chase with an email.
Just checked with our commercial team: last time we ran any ads from them was back in May.

Website now only shows a home page with a please call number and site back soon. They may have issues with their hosting co. tho if you cant get them by phone or e-mail I'd be getting worried as well.

Oh no! That is really harsh news for the OP.
You'rs right. Unfortunately consumers that have paid deposits (unless by credit card) are left stranded. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if they are prepared to help in any way.
