Hifi Cables Direct
Has anyone ever dealt with them? I placed an order on Monday and since then it is 'awaiting authorisation'. Have called over a dozen times for the number to ring out and emails are not being replied to. Are they legit?
This lot have been ok so far, ie replying to emails and giving me a better deal than on the site.
Never had any issues with HifiCables.co.uk - always excellent service so would advise giving them a go instead.

Second that recommedation. I've used them several times and they've always been very quick and efficient. On one occasion the product arrived damaged. HifiCables were easy to contact and I had a replacement within 48 hours, fuss free. I always think the mark of a good company is their ability to deal with problems quickly and effectively.
i would also recommend hificables.co.uk, ordered twice from them and great service
I went with Concept AV in the end and the purchase was a pleasure. Great communication, delivered very quickly and now registered can get a 5% discount off future purchases. Would highly recommend.

Probably a bit late now but www.futureshop.co.uk have provided me with excellent service on a number of occasions and their prices are usually quite good!

Sent them another email yesterday requesting they cancel the order and after logging in today it has been cancelled. Five wasted days so I would recommend giving this lot a miss.
