Hifi Bitz
Has anyone else had any experiences with this lot?
I placed an order with them when I upgraded the hifi at the tail end of last month. Was told via phone that the optical cable I was ordering was out of stock and would take 3/4 days to come in. Nothing since! I have tried contacting them but no response to either their sales email or the frankly rubbish online question service.
Despite stating that orders would only be charged once goods are shipped my credit card has been charged for the order. They apparently dont use Royal Mail, even if they do the lack of a response is unprofessional.
Given them 48hours to respond then I will be cancelling the order and/or contacting my credit card company.
Just wondering if this is a one off or if other have had the same problems.
