Made an order 3 weeks ago, it's still marked up as processing. They don't answer emails and calls go to answerphone all day during normal shop hours.
I am french and i would like to order a CanAmp on needles & spins, since the price is very attractive (i have not find any better price on the net). But i have not find any feedback of customers about this website. And suddently i've found your topic. Do you have any news xxamer about the processing of your order ? Or can anybody else reassure me about the website itself ?
I think it's just the way they operate.
I had the same experience with them last year. No answer to e-mails. phone calls switched. Item finally turned up about 4 weeks after ordering. I won't be using them again!
