Has anyone recieved a refund from Play.com recently?
I've used Play for several years and although the customer service isn't the best in the world it has always been adequate. Well until recently anyway; in the last two months i had two orders undelivered: one from play and one from a play traders. No problems i thought, there both guarenteed under my consumer rights or Play's FairTrade guarentee, well so i thought.
Several unrecieved notification sent to Play (i'd email but they don't supply an address on the webste), no replys (except auto replies) or refunds. Now the first order (16/08/10) is so long ago i can no longer send unrecieved notifications (i'd talk to someone on the telephone but no one replies). I know i thought; i'll post my customer service /refund concerns on the review page but the admin service is fast compared to the customer service. The review was removed in seconds so now i'm warning other customers about the complete lack of any worthwhile customer service when orders are misplaced
I've had years of happy shopping a play, i hope i don'y have to find an alternative
