My subwoofer recently went dead and after checking found that the internal fuses were blowing,  I contacted James from Monitor Audio who confirmed that the Electronics Board needed replacing. Unfortunately my warrenty was out of date by 4 days which is usually the case but James was happy to honour the warrenty and sent me a replacement unit just 3 days later totally free of charge, within ten minutes I'd replaced the unit and now have my subwoofer back to full glory, fantastic after care from a top company. Laughing

Good to read about good experiences like that.  We are all so used to "computer says no" gormless call centre people, that dealing with a normal human is a delight.  Good for MA!
