Good service from CRT Projectors
After installing my oppo 831, about half the time I turned it on the screen colours were wrong with a big green tinge.
I emailed CRT projectors and within 25 minutes had a solution:
"Probably the Onkyo is causing auto colour space to fail. Go to HDMI options in the set-up menu of the player and manually set colour space. I generally recommend component 4:2:2 but you can also try 4:4:4"
It seems that their good reputation is well founded
You are quite correct. There has been so much talk about the 831 that I keep misnaming it.

True. But getting an informed response from a dealer in 25 minutes strikes me as deserving a little good press.
