Exceptional Service at AUDIO OASIS- Salisbury ...
Just wanted to share with you my recent experience with a dealer that made me believe that Customer Service in the UK is second to none.
In December I purchased a Leema Pulse amp. I live abroad, it was the Xmas period, and also Leema Acoustic were moving their factory into a new area at that time ,so the unit actually arrived at the end of January and it came with some problems I must say.
But since then the dealer - Mr.Robbie Trim from Audio Oasis - has made everything possible for me to feel better and to be enjoying my new amp. This includes a hefty discount, a complimentary accessory as present and a e-mail communication, that I`ve never experienced before as a customer. We have exchanged 70 e-mails ( yes 70 ) since then, in our inquest of what had gone wrong .He`s been always ever so kind and polite , even if sometimes I had been quite pushy ...As I said I am abroad, and I had to be that way in order to get the things done in my favor , because at the end of the day you pay for something and you expect it to be up to your standards .
But I don`t believe you would get many dealers that are ready to write back around 35 e-mails to a customer even if it`s completely their fault. And with my dealer it hasn`t been his fault... He just wanted for me to remain happy with the service and with the item I paid for .
And boy , Am I not just that now
I was offered few options, and I choose the best one for me. I am almost sure he came out of this without any profit at all, or even worse I`d say, but now I have a beautiful amp that I can`t pull myself out from, and he`s got a customer that would recommend him to anyone without a shadow of a doubt, and would definitely buy from him once again in future ...
