Derek at Kudos and David at Radlett Audio
I would just like to say thank you To these two guys, Derek Gilligan and David Wren for outstanding customer service for helping me to sort out my Kudos speakers after trouble with my little boy poking his fingers in all 4 drivers/tweeters, and a fire on Friday night, where one speaker has had a cabinet damaged.
Not only did they take the time to reply to my emails, but they did so helpfully across a number of emails on Saturday and Sunday with David even offering to help on the cost of replacements if necessary.
A big hand to both of these guys as Chief of each company. In my view this is the sort of service that exemplifies the very best.
PS And having removed the drivers and seen inside, the high quality of the wiring, and damping is plain to see.
