hi all, as some may know by now i have had problems with portable dvd player and tv. I must tell you i had great service from dabs online, sent portable dvd player back with small problem with lid, i never asked for refund but they gave me one in record time !    a bit of a difference from the portable dvd i sent back about amonth ago to a well known store , i am still waiting for a part and  no dvd player!

I've ordered several items from Dabs over the years and they've always been reliable. One item got lost in the post once (probably half-inched by someone in the Postal room at work) - not Dabs' fault. It did take a long time to get through to someone in their Cusomer Service Department on the phone, but they did replace the item without a quibble.
