Customer Service - recommendations and five star recommendations
So, in a short period of time, everything broke - my internet radio, my MBP, and my Philips flat screen. Contacted the various parties in involved and would just like to report good things about: Revo Radio Support - very responsive via e-mail; and when I couldn't self-fix, took the radio back, fixed it, and sent it back inside of a week. 10/10 Apple Genius Bar - fixed my MBP in about five minutes flat. 10/10 Richer Sounds / Philips - between them ensured my flat screen was fixed within a couple of weeks (delay mainly due to me not being able to be home). Again, 10/10 My hat off to all the above retailers and service departments.
