Chord - great service

I must praise Chord for their superb service by repairing my Crimson interconnects for free, which I damaged by standing on them heavily (don't ask!!)

I originally contacted them to purchase some new plastic RCA covers which were badly cracked as I had accidently damaged them. They responded within a couple of hours to ask me to send them back and said they would repair them for free. I posted them on Tuesday afternoon and received them back as good as new on Friday of the same week.

Just felt Chord deserved a mention for going that extra mile
