CA Online Customer Care System :(
I wanted to query the Cambridge Audio guys (or ladies) for more info regarding compatibility for using ceiling their speakers with one of their compact systems (Sonata / One - which were noted as being designed to work with the Sirocco speakers).
But try to get into their Customer Care System to log a question .
I cannot register as it says my email address is already in use - which is possible as i may well have registered my 540C V2 with them - but cannot remember the details if this is so. I cannot log in to their system as i dont remember what my password is, and nowhere can i find a link to request a password reminder or reset.
I will also not pay for an international phone call to them to try and sort it out!
So now all i can do is hope one of the kind forum members here have a suggestion; or maybe CA monitors the forum because it is more user friendly than their own website?
