Big thanks to Audio Out, Hebden Bridge

OK, they are not quite a 'shop near me' and, indeed, I am not even sure if they are anything but an online retailer but I have just had some outstanding service from these people.  I bought a pair of Soundmagic E10s from them just over a year ago and recently lost one of my preferred ear buds (the 'double flange' for want of a better description).  Anyhow, I phoned Audio Out on Tuesday this week to ask if they sold spares.  In response, a very helpful lady said that they did not sell them but did have some in the office which they would let me have free of charge.  They actually arrived the next day and not only did they send me the double flange ones but the rest of the pack that came with the original package as well.  As I say, brilliant service which probably ensures that I will go back to them in the future.
