Avoid "Electrical Discount UK"

I bought a pair of Atacama AURORA 6 stands from "Electrical Discount UK" at the end of November.
When I received the stands they were missing a spike (I also have the feeling I’m not the first person to unpack them), I contacted customer services who said the would ship me out another one. One has yet to appear and I’ve now made a further 5 phone calls, where I’ve been told on each occasion by the customers services rep that they will look into it and give me a call, so far I’ve not received one phone call from them.
I’m going to contact Atacama directly to see if they can help, but I would avoid this company as they are happy to take your money but then fob you off if you have any problems.
