I started speaking to John (who used to manage their High Wycombe Store before they re-developed the site).
Loads of patience, knew his stuff and listened to what kit I wanted. Then he put together some package deals for me at 3 budget levels. I've ended up spending more than I intended - but this weekend I'll be collecting quite a few boxes from them!
